STUDIO WILL BE CLOSED OCTOBER 29TH THROUGH NOVEMBER 2ND
The studio will be closing its doors November 18th if you have a package with me please use it before then.
OCTOBER SCHEDULE
No pre booking required for a yoga or dance class just come to a regular scheduled class. You can purchase a drop in or package ahead of time on the class pricing page, or pay when you come.

5pm- Vinyasa (core work out)
Tuesday
9:30am- Hatha all levels
11:30am- Vinyasa (core workout)
Wednesday
2pm- Dance fitness medium intensity (bring a clean pair of shoes to change into)
Thursday
9:30am- Vinyasa (core work out)
11:30am- Hatha all levels
Friday
5pm- Hatha all levels
Saturday
9:30am- Vinyasa (core work out)
11am- Hatha All levels

Meditation classes
Meditation classes will be held once or twice a month on a Sunday. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for comfort.
