Private inner child healing meditation (30-45 min)

Inner child meditation is a guided practice where you become aware of your inner child. its all about healing childhood wounds.

Proper attire/studio rules

It is incredibly important for you and others in the class to be uninterrupted during a session to receive the full benefits of meditation. All phones must be off, on silent, or left in your vehicle or cubby. please be respectful of the instructors time and the time of other students in the class. If you are going to be late to a session please inform me by phone ASAP. I will only wait up to 5 minutes (if I am informed) than the doors will be locked and you will not be able to get in. No refunds will be issued. Check the refund policy page for information on refunds.

You may sit in whatever position is comfortable for you during the meditation or you may lay down on your back. Wear comfortable clothing.
