Dance Fitness

    Please bring a clean pair of shoes to change in to. Shoes used to walk outside with are NOT allowed on the dance floor. Thank you for your cooperation.



Dance Fitness improves your heart and lungs. It increases muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness.

     These classes are meant to be fun and If done regularly, the dances will become easier to follow. The dance moves will rarely be changed so you don't have to worry about learning a whole new routine. The songs might change but most of the moves will continue to be repeated. My main goal is to maintain a positive environment! my studio is a judgement free zone!

     The dances will be a mix of hip hop and Latin moves. Don't worry! If there is a move you just cant get stop by the studio a little earlier than class or after and I would love to go over it with you.

 

     

   

     

   



Don't Forget!

  wearing proper attire is super important. Wear something that is moveable and breathable. Choose comfortable sneakers with low tread that allow you to pivot your feet easily. Don't forget to stay hydrated!
