Slow Hatha Yoga





    Hatha is a slower paced yoga, while there will be small flows most poses are held for a longer period of time. This helps you relax and focus on your breath.

    There are many benefits of this type of yoga some include improving muscle strength, flexibility and mobility. It helps decrease stress and improves posture and alignment.

    This class is great for beginners/level 1. All levels are welcome!

     

   


What to bring/proper attire

    To keep everyone safe and healthy it is recommended that you bring your own mats. I do have a few that you may rent for 2$. It is recommended that you also bring any blankets, pillows etc. that you will need during class. I do have blocks available for free for use. If you are not sure if you need any of these please feel free to contact me.

    Choose clothing that is comfortable but also helps with breathability and venting. Avoid cotton if possible as it holds in moisture! Remember to stay hydrated!
