Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next, known as a flow sequence. Unlike Hatha, Vinyasa is more of a cardio/core workout. This class is best for intermediates or advanced students, as it is fast paced and you are expected to already be familiar with some of the yoga poses.
Some benefits:
What to bring/proper attire
To keep everyone safe and healthy it is recommended that you bring your own mats. I do have a few that some may rent for 2$. It is recommended that you also bring any blankets, pillows etc. that you will need during class. I do have blocks available for use for free. If you are not sure if you need any of these please feel free to contact me.
Choose clothing that is comfortable but also helps with breathability and venting. With Vinyasa make sure to choose clothing that is easy flowing with your body movements. Avoid cotton if possible as it holds in moisture! Remember to stay hydrated!
Always consult with your doctor before participating in any Yoga activities.
